Regulations
At the time of booking, a rental agreement is concluded between Josef Apartments and the client
under the conditions specified in the regulations.
§1 General provisions:
1. The guest is obliged to pick up the apartment on the day indicated in the booking confirmation, its
from 15:00 to 22:00. If the booked apartment is not collected, the reservation will be cancelled and
the guest is obliged to settle the payment for the reservation due to the cancellation of the
reservation. If the reservation is paid in advance, the payment will be credited towards the payment
for the cancelled reservation.
2. The terms of cancellation depend on the selected offer. Details can be found in the booking
confirmation, which is each time generated by the portal through which the booking was made.
3. The hotel day lasts from 15.00 on the day of arrival to 11.00 on the day of departure, unless
otherwise agreed with Josef Apartments
4. Returning the keys takes place in the manner agreed with Apartments Josef upon check-in.
§2 Use of the apartment:
1. The guest is obliged to observe the curfew (from 22.00 to 7.00).
2. The maximum number of people for which the apartment is booked can stay in the apartment.
3. The apartment is intended for residential purposes. It is forbidden to organize any kind of
meetings, social events, etc.
4. There is a total ban on smoking in the apartment.
5. The guest undertakes to keep the apartment clean and return the apartment in a non-deteriorated
condition after the rental period in relation to the condition in which it was received.
6. It is forbidden to keep animals in the apartment unattended by the Owner, unless otherwise
agreed with Josef Apartments
7. The guest is financially responsible for damage or destruction of the apartment and its equipment
caused by his fault and third parties. Josef Apartments reserves the right to charge the Guest with an
amount corresponding to the value of the loss suffered.
§3 Responsibility of the Guest and contractual penalties:
1. The guest declares that he accepts these regulations and undertakes to comply with the provisions
contained therein.
2. The guest is responsible for damages to the apartment caused during the stay, as well as for
defects resulting from improper use of the apartment.
3. The Lessor has the right to charge the contractual penalties indicated below in the following cases:
A. In the event of failure to check out by the specified time, a penalty of 50% of the next day will be
charged.
B. The organization of events and social meetings is associated with a guest charge of PLN 2,000.
C. Breaking the smoking ban 500 PLN.
D. All non-standard stains, such as leaving dirty dishes - PLN 50, stains on the walls / upholstery - the
cost of removing the damage, including the cost of switching off the apartment for the time of
removing the damage.
E. Keeping animals in the apartment without the knowledge and consent of Apartment Josef is
associated with a penalty of PLN 500.
F. In the event of losing the keys to the apartment, the Guest is obliged to pay a fee of PLN300.
G. When the number of people staying in the apartment after 10 p.m. will be greater than that
specified in §2 para. 2, a fine of PLN 1500 will be charged.
H. Failure to observe silence at night by the Guest and persons staying in the apartment, fine in the
amount of PLN 1000.
I. Intervention of the Josef Apartments employee after 10 p.m., fine in the amount of PLN 500 for
each intervention.
J. Police intervention, fine of PLN 2000 for each intervention.
4. The guest undertakes to cover the amount of damages and the costs of repairing them within 7
days of receiving the request for payment.
5. Deposit
The property requires a deposit of 300 PLN as a security measure for potential damage to the property or violations of the regulations. The deposit will be fully refunded upon conclusion of the stay, provided no damages or breaches of the rules are identified.
§4 Liability of the landlord:
1. The landlord is not responsible for items left in the apartment.
2. The Lessor shall not be liable for any claims in the event of any unfortunate accidents.
3. The landlord is not responsible for any inconvenience during the stay related to construction or
finishing works that may be carried out on the premises.
§5 Termination of the contract:
In the event of breach by the Guest of the terms of the contract, the Lessee has the right to
terminate the contract with immediate effect and remove the Guest from the apartment with
accompanying persons without the right to refund for the remaining rental period.
